Data can tell us a lot. So in order to find out what’s really going on, we asked 100 people to tell us a bit more about their relationship with stress.

No fancy lingo. No rigid categories. No nonsense. Just open-ended questions and honest answers.

We’re not pretending to be experts, we just see the value in 100 ordinary people.

We have been taught that the only way to be successful is to work harder, faster and for longer. And sure, this can lead to success. To building great businesses.

But, it will almost certainly lead to burnout.
