We have been taught that the only way to be successful is to work harder, faster and for longer. And sure, this can lead to success. To building great businesses.
But, it will almost certainly lead to burnout.
The good news is that pioneering companies are asking how we can look after our people and still be successful. How we can work at our optimum and still grow as fast as we have been. How we can win the talent war that’s no longer about the highest salaries.
Our businesses have to look after our people better. It’s time that we start building human based companies.
You know, for people to thrive in, not burn out in.
